Prior to joining Prima, he was a Development Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group and a Project Manager at SURF Capital, a leading sustainable real estate private equity firm. He holds a First-Class Honours BSc in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University and has completed a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment & Asset Management from Cornell University.

Investment Analyst Alessio plays a critical role in portfolio optimization, investment research, and deal execution, ensuring Prima’s capital deployment strategies remain agile and data-driven. Prior to joining Prima, he was Regional Director at PT. Insan Gas Nusantara and Investment Supervisor at PT. Purnama Global Trading, where he specialized in emerging market investment opportunities.
